Thursday io started my diet. (weight 237)
I ate peas in the day and at night i had a little pasta and 2 pieces of chicken pieces. I didnt exercise.
Friday I exercised alot. i dont exercise so it was like 3 days of exercise for me. I went to the gym. i rode my bike fast and i walked to diff stores when i was out doing stuff. I ate a hand full of dry cereal and at night a potatoe with mustard (235)

the day has just started. i had coffee.
Abit about me. yes im fat im now around 230. I found pro ana back in the year 2000 and strongly into it for 3years. I was in the beginning of college. my eating disorder started in HS in the summer after 11th grade
my lowest weight is 114
highest weight 250
i so miss my dedication to pro ana. i havent found anyone near my weight that wants to be pro ana. I want to go back to that. i so miss it. if you read this please respond. i found this site in hopes of a buddy i can talk to
